By making travel reservations on our website and tour agencies, you affirm that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation.
  2. You accept and agree to all the terms outlined herein.
  3. All information provided by you for the purpose of the booking is true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Booking on Behalf of Others

If you make a reservation for individuals other than yourself, you are considered the designated contact person for those other travelers. You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to act on their behalf, have obtained all necessary consents, and will inform them of these terms, ensuring they accept and agree to them. You are also responsible for:

  • Making all payments due for the reservation.
  • Notifying us of any required changes or cancellations.
  • Keeping the other travelers informed of all relevant trip information.

Service Compliance

The recipient of the service must adhere strictly to the instructions we provide and agree not to violate the terms of service under any circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services without prior notice if the user violates these terms or fails to follow the instructions correctly.


Accident Protection

In the event of an accident related to the services we provide, recipients of our services will be protected in accordance with the regulations specified in the insurance policy:

  1. For Domestic Tourists

    • Protection covers tourists who are physically in Thailand and have registered to use our services.
    • 24-hour coverage begins from the time of departure according to the arranged travel schedule and ends at the completion of the itinerary within a period not exceeding 10 days.
  2. For Inbound Tourists

    • Protection applies to tourists traveling from abroad who have registered to use our services.
    • Coverage begins upon arrival in Thailand and ends either upon departure or the completion of the travel schedule within a period not exceeding 10 days.

Insurance Benefits:

  • Death, loss of organs, sight, or permanent disability: ฿1,000,000 per person.
  • Medical expenses per accident: ฿500,000 per person.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Circumstances

All bookings are non-refundable except under the following conditions:

  1. Duplicate Payments: Refunds are not provided for duplicate payments or any payment errors not caused by our system.
  2. Customer Errors: Refunds are not issued for cancellations or missed services due to personal reasons or customer errors unrelated to our service operations.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

  1. Emergency Illness:
    • A refund request must be supported by a valid medical certificate.
  2. Flight Delays or Rescheduling:
    • Refunds will be issued if a customer cannot attend due to unavoidable flight delays or schedule changes. Proof from the airline must be submitted.

Important Notes:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the scheduled program time, along with all required documentation.
  • Refunds will not be processed for any requests outside of these specified circumstances.
