By making travel reservations on our website and tour agencies you affirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation.
- You accept and agree to all the terms outlined herein.
- All information provided by you for the purpose of the booking is true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS: If you make a reservation for individuals other than yourself, you are considered the designated contact person for those other travelers. You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to act on their behalf, have obtained all necessary consents, and will inform them of these terms, ensuring they accept and agree to them. You are also responsible for making all payments due for the reservation, notifying us of any required changes or cancellations, and keeping the other travelers informed of all relevant trip information.
The recipient of the service must adhere strictly to the instructions we provide and agree not to violate the terms of service set forth under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services without prior notice if the user violates the terms of service or fails to follow the instructions correctly.
Accident Protection In the event of an accident related to the services we provide, recipients of our services will be protected in accordance with the regulations specified in the insurance policy.

– Protection for domestic travel (DOMESTIC TOURIST)
Provide protection for tourists who are physically in Thailand and have registered to use
24-hour service with coverage starting from departure according to the arranged travel schedule. For accidents that occur during travel, sightseeing and overnight stays Within the service Organize domestic tours until the end of the arranged travel itinerary within a period not exceeding 10 days.
– Protection for travel into Thailand
(INBOUND TOURIST) Provides protection for tourists traveling from abroad and who have registered to use our company’s services with 24-hour cancellation, with protection effective from the time they arrive in Thailand. Until the end of the trip according to the arranged travel schedule or until leaving Thailand within a period not exceeding 10 days. Whichever event occurs first is considered to end the coverage.
What is the insurance money?
1. In case of death Loss of organs, sight, or total permanent disability: 1,000,000.- baht/person
2. Medical expenses per each accident: 500,000 baht/person.
Refunds Verification of any refund eligibility is required when receiving services from us that necessitate refunds. If no requests or demands for refunds are made within a reasonable period, hosting fees will be considered as formally accepted under these terms.
The aforementioned terms and conditions constitute a contractual agreement between the service users and us. Both parties mutually acknowledge and accept these terms as a final agreement that cannot be altered or modified by any party, except in cases where a written agreement to change is endorsed by all parties involved in a document or letter signed by both parties.
