Uncle Singha – Elephant Care Taker

Talking Uncle Singha, he is one of our family. He is one of the elephant caretakers. For more than 10 years he had been living together with us at the sanctuary. Uncle Singha is not a mahout, but his main duty is to take care of overall at the sanctuary. 1 time per week, his main job is to prepare all the bananas for the elephants. He needs to prepare about 500 hands of bananas. Check over the health of all elephants and keep our sanctuary clean.

Today, he continues taking care of elephants by feeding and nurturing them with heart, because elephants are his family and he is our family too.
